I have noticed that I had lost the ability to concentrate, remember info, and I used to have a quite good memory. This has been the result of being to much into the electronic gadgets, working in parallel with two cell, sometimes two tablets, two personal computers, at the same time while developing the first digital museum in internet. The training helped me to get back on my natural capacities.
