"Thank you for light in darkness of brain fog"

Before this program I was always forgetting literally everything, names numbers and most important memories of what I did or decide to do.
I was smart kid with nice grades without much studying, then what changed?
I always thought why did I lose my memory power? Did I got old NO 27 is not old at all did I stop learning things NO I always try to learn different languages did my eating habits change No not much
Then I started this program and I am happy because I did that.

The thing I was missing it was "intention" I am a bit asocial it is not like I do not like people or do not talk them I am a pharmacist of course I am talking with people all the time but I never close distance much. Then I learned techniques here I saw the most important was "intention to remember the things" I was always taking notes of every little thing so never really needed to intent to remember anything that was the problem I was not living mindfully I was acting like I was supposed to do and doing that was killing my memory
With this quest I am now a superbrain again clean environment and brain exercises became a bonus. The most important thing I regained is "intent".

Thank you Jim. Thank you Mindvalley for light in darkness of brain fog.
