"I now have confidence in myself again"

Before I was blessed with the opportunity to take the Superbrain Quest I was very down on myself. In the 90’s I was a confident young college student ready to take on the world. Then I had an accident, got a TBI and never finished my degree. After that, because it’s an invisible injury and disability, I’ve had continued disappointments and a tough time trying to succeed. No matter how hard I’ve tried, my spirit has been stomped on and was shriveling into a lifeless ball. I became unable to change my habit of bad self-talk and I’d begun to believe I would never feel good about myself again. I kept crying out to God to bring something or someone into my life that would help me climb out of the pit I was falling deeper in to. Then shortly after the Covid-19 lockdown was in effect, at home cleaning my desk I came across an unfinished note. Last December, from an add on social media, I had copied part of Jim Kwik’s ‘Learn to live with a disability’ technique: F-forget, A-active, S- state, T- ??. I wanted to know what the ‘T’ stood for, so I Googled his name. It was there I saw the ‘Superbrain Quest’. I am so thankful I was able to sign up for the Superbrain Quest. It has helped me think better about myself and encourages me to keep learning. Thank you very much, Jim! I now have confidence in myself again. I am getting ready to go over the course again and really focus on the videos that I need the most work in. My life is good again!
