"Learning ways to memorize lists was fun, and my 6-year-old daughter thinks it’s a great game"

I started this quest with the specific goal of memorising a presentation I was due to deliver at a conference the following month.
The course has helped me improve in several areas. I had always considered myself to be someone who is really bad at remembering names and faces, so I was. Now I know that I can choose to get better and have the tools to do it. Learning ways to memorize lists was fun, and my 6-year-old daughter thinks it’s a great game.
The presentation at the conference went well. I didn’t have the whole thing learned word for word without any notes but I was well prepared and delivered a good session.
And then I kept going to finish the whole course, which was fascinating. I’ve learned a lot.
