Before this program, I have constantly struggled with remembering and retaining things that I have read or learned, as well as difficulty in articulating my thoughts and expressing them. I am thankful for this program, which will teach me the techniques and habits that I can apply to improve my memory and confidence. I hope to take the skills I will learn and share them with my family and help them through the challenges that they may face in learning.
