"Taking this quest had helped me"

A couple of years ago I went through a series of unfortunate concussions. From that point it seemed to me that my brain was in hibernation; I had trouble remembering all kinds of things and I lost some of my self-confidence as a result.
Taking this quest had helped me.
My brain seemed to have lightened up, the neurons seem to fire quicker and all in all, I am feeling better.
I enjoyed all the exercises. Thank you very much Jim Kwik and Mind valley. This is me 72 years old and feeling awesome!
