"I am starting to live my life to the fullest, again"

A certain key chain reaction happened, people, situations and somehow I clicked in the link under a youtube video about meditation, given to me by a girl, to whom I was introduced by a friend. She was commited the last days and shared her time, patience and knowledge to help me discover myself, what I want to do and she encouraged me and gave motivation to take the steps that were awaiting to be done. Before, I've been having problems with not beinng able to control the flow of energy, thoughts and words. It was difficult for me and mostly unbearable for people in my surroundings. Now, since yesterday I have the aim and I can feel it started happening, that I focus more on putting my flow of uncontrolled energy into more organised way. The aim is also to have those filters to control better the quality of what I'm saying and also thinking. I want to be able to adjust the frequency and the amount of words to the situation and people with whom I'm having conversation. Another thing I've started practicing some time ago is listening. I am becoming more aware, I start to listen carefully, understand and remember more, whether it's the name of the person I talk with or the details of conversation. I think, this course will help me to fullfill some of the aims I had aleady for a while, somewhere deep under my skin ;) Now, encouraged by Ola to unlock myself, stop blocking what I have already inside, "just" to make it better, calmer and fully how I feel and am inside. Thanks I am starting to live my life to the fullest, again. Following my phrase /statement which is actually a guideline for myself how to live: 3style4life :) So I go with the flow again and I wish myself not to stop, nor block myself anymore.

“Superbrain quest was a great tool to learn”

The Superbrain quest was a great tool to learn. It was a fantabulous experience to know how to learn better and use whatever method I want to use to memorize. My takeaway is that you can use your body as a place to file and turn words into pictures. I also like the morning habits. I use all...

"I love the tactic of remembering common names with an association"

Before this program I believed that I was horrible at remembering names. I remembered them by the medical problem they had, not their name. When I retired I shifted from being a prison doctor to an author and speaker and met many individuals at networking events and when I left couldn...
