This quest has been a welcome adventure. It taught me, not only how to remember, but also how to implement routines that for me, are so essential in my everyday living.
 From the sun is up (eye opener) to ancient Alphanumeric code ( The most challenging - I'll continue to work with this ) It has been a motivating ride.
 Thanks to Jim Kwik, an excellent coach, I look forward to his teachings in future Quests.
