Before the course, I was good with numbers and doing rote memory, as Jim says, but in a way so repetitive and boring, with a lack of imagination and without thinking in it as something fun, with Superbrain I learned how to see the remember process as something easy and entertaining, as a game and learned the visualization process of words turned into pictures as something handy to encode information hard to remember, the FDR method has been useful in my daily life to project a good impression in recently known people.
With this method, I could learn the faces and names of 8 different people in less than 2 minutes.

Another thing useful to me that I learned was how to be organized with time management and the importance of nutrition and environment to improve brain performance. As a nonnative English speaker, the course also helped me to reinforce the language at the same time as doing some important too
