"This program helped me in being more present when discussing certain matters with others"

Before the program I was had difficulty recalling things that I wasn't actively trying to remember. I also did not listen carefully to things said by others and hence had trouble with instructions. This program helped me in being more present when discussing certain matters with others and being more aware in general. While I am still working on these skills I feel I am equipped to enhance my awareness of my surroundings and mastery of learning.
