"I can speak for 20 to 30 minutes with no notes"

I recently was ordained as a pastor. Before this program I really struggled remembering names. As a pastor remembering names is crucial. Now I can remember about 30 names. This is incredible. Also, I need to give sermons without notes. I use only a short outline. I can speak for 20 to 30 minutes with no notes. Thank you, Jim Kwik
