I am a Psychologist who understands that we are never perfect, we never know everything and most of all, even is easy to see others problems and support them, is always difficult to see yourself, your errors, your insecurities and your self blame.
Before this program, I was not able to speak without tension in front of people, now I understand, thanks to Lisa, things are so simple. You just have to be yourself, authentical, you just need to accept and love and appreciate yourself, so everything is going to be ok.
