Good day to All, Hope you are well. I am Elizabeth. I lost my mind in 2018. I had to join Mindvalley to find it again. In my process, I realized that I cannot speak at all. I cannot communicate with others. I have a fear of people. I have a fear of speaking.
I am doing the Unlocking Transcendence with Jeffrey Allen course as well and I realized that I never used my left side of my brain, mind, or body. The right side was trained for 43 years ... now my left side is waking up. I am doing the Chakra Healing as well and all of my chakra's were faulty.
What a great experience fixing them and dealing with old wounds and removing all my blocks from the past. I must still work on the Health issue in my life but that will come with time. For now, I will continue with Transcendence and Chakra Healing but I really want to try and do the Speak and Inspire course with Lisa Nichols.
I saw the interview between Vishen and Lisa and that motivated me to try this course. It's going to be a huge challenge for me. I will commit to showing up every day. I will start this course and I will finish this course. I want to learn how to speak, I want to lose my fear of speaking, I want to lose my fear of people. I want to be confident when I speak. Of all my journeys ... this one ... face my fears ... I am not excited about this one. I AM SCARED!
