I have been leading a team of trainers and learning designers for over five years but not actively involved as a trainer per se, but involved more actively on the strategic level and program design. 
Recently, I needed to do some training videos and found myself struggling with productivity. That why I am here to learn to polish my communication skill, particularly to be more productive and authentic in front of the camera.
