Before this quest my energy levels were asking for attention. After the first classes I clearly understood why with Dave's expertise, humor and inspiration. But even in the growth survey i noticed an area that needed more attention and went straight on to improve it.
I had already a craving for cow meat for a few days (which is rare) and decided to make the experience of eating it again after several years. I bought grass fed meat and delighted myself the next days with a deep feeling of serenity, peace and emotional balance. The feeling was that a part of me was back, which from Dave's explanation makes all sense, since our cells are made of membranes that function better when we eat animal protein.
From day one to class 11 I had three lucid dreams, and received an invitation to join thermal treatments for free (they are doing a clinical survey and paying for all wonderful treatments - I'm one of their clients for more than 20 years), and a wonderful idea came to change the cover of my third book that i had launched in November 2022.
All areas in my life were indeed flowing much easily.
This morning I woke up, took a cold shower, did my Medicine Energy routine, went out with my dog, did a wonderful breakfast with healthy nutritious food and here I am, full of energy. As Dave says, this power is to be myself and to keep working and serving everyday with restored will and energy.
I will keep doing this knowing I can improve still. the great thing is that there's so much to choose from all the knowledge gained in this quest, at the right time.

We were invited to make a daily register on one parameter - i chose happiness, and it just went off the charts! it was supposed to be between 0 and 10 and yesterday I wrote 16 :)
