During the course my father became seriously ill. I spent nights in the hospital with my headphones on listening to the silva assignments. At one point, the doctor asked what I thought about what caused my father's back pain. I said I thought he had a kidney infection. they had not tested any urine. The doctor looked at me and said, well I will also examine the urine. a
 An hour later it turned out that I was right. Through the course my intuition has increased very much. also my ability to help others. I am slowly learning to change things for myself as well. I think I'm trying too hard to tackle my big health problem at once and I have to take small steps there. I have grown a lot through the silva method and will continue to grow.
