This was my initial introduction to the Silva Ultramind System Quest. I was quite anxious to start and from the beginning, I knew it was the right fit. 
I was able to engage with the relaxation exercise from the start at 333. It was with ease that I was able to enter into a relaxed state and walk through the guided meditation like I'd been there before. 
I'm grateful that I was lead to this program by my Spirit Guides and I look forward to achieving my highest good, all for the greater good of humanity. Namaste
