"This Quest is just the beginning, and I strongly encourage anyone to experience it"

The Silva Ultramind is the first quest during my Mindvalley trip.
 I read a lot about José Silba before, and tried many times to get a morning routine including meditation.
 I was hoping this quest will help me in active meditation (other apps ware not really helpfull for me), and the progress are really unexpected.
 I can now here in Alpha level of mind really in a few seconds, in a really calm, peacefull but powerfull state. It changes a lot in my mood in all the aspect of my daily life.
 This Quest is just the beginning, and I strongly encourage anyone to experience it.
