I read Jose Silva’s Mind Control Method in October, I went through it 5 or 6 times like suggested.
I had been struggling with chronic malnutrition and was diagnosed with renal failure in October. I was way too skinny, so under weight that I couldn’t keep blood flow to my extremities. There wasn’t enough of me. It’s been like this for years.
Along with the beginnings of kidney failure, I ended up getting pneumonia as well, due to the extra fluid retention in the lungs that can occur because of the deterioration of function of the kidneys.
Doctors and I didn’t know why my kidneys were no longer working and I didn’t believe it much mattered. I declined traditional modern medicine, besides taking antibiotics.
I used the three screens technique, to visualize healthy healing foods. To visualize my body being hungry, to visualize my body telling me when I needed water. I wanted healthy kidneys by my moms birthday, and I wanted to be a healthy weight by here birthday too.
My body suddenly craved raw vegetables and fruit. I started eating very regularly. Making cranberries drinks for hydration. And I began using meditation to manage my pain when using the restroom. I got stronger.
I began being able to run again, a would strength train. Carrying weights as I ran miles at around 4 am.
I am proud to say that my kidneys are functioning at 100% again, my pneumonia went away and 6 weeks before my moms birthday I was a proper weight.
I am no longer out of breath all the time, I no longer have chronic UTIs, my feet and hands are seldom cold and my dog and I love playing around now that I have energy.
I began preforming music and now am in art galleries for my oil painting because I can focus on my dreams rather than being consumed by my health problems.
