I was having high blood pressure for more than 7 years. I started practicing Silva Techniques which I learnt through Silva Untramind Programme. I created a Mental Video where I saw myslef fit and fine without stress and hypertension. I sent that video to higher intelligence. Next day I met my neighbour who was planning to go outside with his family. The climate in Dubai is very hot so he changed his mind and went to swimming pool and I followed him. I am 40 year old and never did swimming in my life. My neighbor on the other hand is an expert swimmer and he started training his daughter. Slowly I started going to pool weekly along with his family. Then we planned to go daily. I met like minded people who started teaching me. In 20 days I learnt swimming. Yesterday when I checked my Blood Pressure it was 110 by 70. This is just the beginning and I am sure I will become the person whom I visualized in my mental screen.
