"The Silva program helped me find myself"

Before this program I was confused about myself, who I am and who I want to be. I was worried about people judging me wrongly, based on their wrong first impressions. I was conflicted: on the one side I loved being with people, trusting them and doing what I can to help them, on the other hand I felt betrayed by them, whenever they were mean, judging me wrongly, accusing of thoughts and emotions I never had, mistreating me and undervaluing my abilities. 

The Silva program helped me find myself and discover the strength to deal with all those thoughts, emotions and conflicts. 
I became happy with myself and everything I do, because now I have confidence, that I always want good and do good. Whenever my actions or intentions are taken wrongly it is not my fault. Neither it is the other person's fault of taking me and my actions wrongly, they might be just hurt, confused, in a bad mood, or subconsciously asking for help and attention. 
I will do my best everyday and everyday will be happy with whatever I do. 
There is always a new day to do things better. I will always have faith in myself and my Quest.
