My journey into the world of mindfulness and mental mastery began years ago when I discovered the power of meditation. In 2017, I completed the Quantum Method course, a transformative experience that introduced me to the profound depths of self-awareness and inner growth. Since then, meditation has become an integral part of my daily life—a tool for finding clarity, balance, and purpose.
This personal growth sparked my passion for mental health advocacy. I started volunteering for Kaan Pete Roi, Bangladesh's suicide prevention helpline, where I listened to countless stories of struggle and resilience. Inspired to make a broader impact, I became a Mental Health First Aider and trainer, certified by the Mental Health First Aid team of England, and later founded BDlisteners, a mental health organization focused on providing care and connection to those in need.
As my understanding of the mind deepened, I realized there was still so much more to learn and explore. That’s when I discovered the Silva Ultramind System. The course felt like the perfect next step—a way to refine my abilities, harness my mind's potential, and amplify my impact. The Silva Method’s promise of unlocking intuition and tapping into higher consciousness resonated with me deeply.
I’m thrilled to embark on this new chapter with Mindvalley, joining a global community of like-minded individuals committed to growth and transformation. This isn’t just a course for me—it’s an opportunity to become a Silva Method coach, so I can empower others to discover the extraordinary power within themselves, just as I have.
I believe that every step in my journey—from meditation to mental health advocacy, and from building communities to leading ventures—has prepared me for this moment. I can’t wait to see where this path leads and how I can use these tools to contribute even more to the world.
