I am only at the beginning of the course but am calmer, more hopeful about life, and less stressed. It was worth the money if this is all I get out of it.

Getting rid of stress, getting hopeful about life, and remaining calm when things go wrong is wonderful, but I'm at the tip of the iceberg.
