Silva Ultramind gave me access to the most powerful skills that I believe everyone can develop. And I did an amazing job, really tuning into it and applying that. I use intuition to understand: what is good for me at this moment? Where do I need support? Or I just lean in and check what quest do I need to take now? Since 2020 I do Silva every single morning. I wake up with a question: Who do I need to be today as a mom, as a leader, as a coach, as an educator? That really gives me a sense of how do I need to show up instead of what do I need to do.
