"Overcome headache"

To help with my headache and to learn to live life a little slower than I am doing now.
I have been getting fewer headache and I now have time to meditate at least 2 times a day which is awesome for me.
Thank you and I will keep it up to try to meditate 3 times a day for 20 minutes each or more.

I have told my friends about what I have done and they are using the same technique and enjoy listening audio to help solve everyday problems which they have.
