I have taken the Silva program twice before—in 1980 and 1991. I have fully incorporated the skills I have learned into my life, and they are my “go-to” meditations. For sure, life is better and better every day! Now as a MV Pro member, I was curious how the course has evolved. It is still just as powerful and offers so much. I have worked many cases through the years and will now do so again on a regular basis to send healing energy to where it is needed. Thank you!
