Hi! I am a yoga/meditation teacher and sound artist. 
I use sound, Tibetan bowls and gongs to entrain the brain and body into harmonious states. I am also an avid ecstatic dancer. However, I am the yogi that doesn't want to leave the cave! 
Life is demanding money, care-taking and up-leveling my overall skills. Currently, I am care taking of elderly parents. My goal with the Silva UltraMind System is to learn how to tap into my soul-level consciousness for guidance so that I can focus on career goals, or even open to something new, while I am in this challenging period of care-taking.
