Before this program, my challenge that I was facing was that I was unable to focus or concentrate. I needed clarity and especially peace in my life.
I found myself doing this Quest for me. I was starting to focus on my life and how much I need to learn and my concentration because better than before.
I feel the biggest positive change for me, that I was starting to feel relaxed by doing the meditations every day which brought a sense of peace, calmness all over and within me that I’ve not felt in a very long while.
If having peace within myself was the only biggest positive change, then I’m very happy with that.
That in its self was a very big task and because of it, I’m able to speak my words, feel my emotions and find my center and bring it to a higher being, because I know the universe is there for me and I’m no longer afraid.
I’ve become more insightful, have more clarity of my life.
I take care of my own self-love and well-being first, so I could help all others and serve them better I love, respect and value myself and everyone else much more and by doing so I wish a wonderful beautiful life to myself and everyone I know and I meet.
Doing these exercises was quite challenging.
It was the best thing that has ever happened to me.
I found Mindvalley and this Quest on social media and listen to Vishen speak, it was as if he was speaking directly to me.
My intuition told me to go for it and I did. I have not always listened to my intuition because out of fear.
But now, I’m so glad I did and for now on, I know my intuition is my friend and is only there to guide me for the better.
So Vishen I would like to thank you for all you have done for me. For giving me the tools I need to heal myself, loved ones and anyone else who needs it. For helping me increase my mental faculties and showing me the path to my waking psychic abilities.
