2024 meant for me the year of change. A difficult year with trials but also with surprises. It started hard but ended beautifully. I entered Mindvalley specifically for the Silva method, which I had known about for several years but had not found guidance. It was wow when in the evening I focused on certain actions and the next day by lunchtime it was done.
