Before I became part of Mindvalley I was already into a form of mediation. But when I saw Vishen on social media talking about these alter states of mind, developing you intuitive Shiites I knew soulfully I had to learn more. It took some time to be part of Mindvalley and now that I’ve been working through the Silva Ultra Mind System, it has significantly transformed and shifted my identity, performance, and reality.
