My people,

I come to you today wishing to share with you, my story. 

My name is Dev. I'm 27 years old and I live in Arizona, but I grew up in Detroit, MI. I spent 8 years active-duty military where I met my lovely wife. We have one son that I'm sure is going to change the world someday.

From 12 years old to minus 28 days ago, I have lived in a torrent of adversity, that I can admit was mostly self-induced in the later years. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety last year right before my exit in October of 2021.

To say that I was unstable before the months leading up to me joining Mindvalley, would be a gross understatement. I was using drugs, hardly sleeping and tearing my body apart with near anything I could find to make myself numb.

When I heard about the Ultramind program I didn't know just how powerful it would really be. I thought maybe here is just another self help class, but perhaps a cut above. 

This is leaps and bounds ahead of any system, philosophy or idea I have ever been apart of. 
 I came here looking for the tools that would guide me to finding my purpose - And Silva provides.
 I spent so many years fighting my own mind because of its negative thoughts, I had forgotten that my mind is deep beyond measure and limitless in its potential.

In 28 days, I have gone from 3 bipolar episodes a month with varying severity to 0 since I pressed play on the first video.
 In 28 days, I healed the Eustachian tube malfunction in my ear. I had been to 2 doctors hoping to hear that I had an ear infection and could find relief with some antibiotics. No one could tell me what was wrong. Receiving that medical advice, I decided that it was something that I could heal on my own. Then I believed it. Then I did it. I've had IMPROVED hearing for the last 13 days.
 In 28 days, I went from waiting until my spouse slept to cry in the fetal position at the frustration of my own aimlessness, to supporting my wife in her new career and building in my own.

Every day I found myself on the tail end of some disappointment - because that was my belief and expectancy. Since discovering the Magic I see each day - and contributing to it in my own ways - little by little I see increases in abundance. This program teaches you to recognize the tiny miracles. There is so much power in gratitude it's astounding.

I am no longer afraid to succeed. I am no longer afraid to fail. Nothing matters anymore and simultaneously every little thing has it's purpose. Magic is real. Reality can be bent.
