Before this program I have been working on my connection with the energy around me, because that was something I have been missing the first 40 years of my life. I have been studying several Guru's, like Bruce Lee, Insight seminars, mental fitness, The Shift - Dr Wayne Dyer, Ho'oponopono, etc, Between 2009 and 2015 I have attended the Method of Human and Universal Energy (HUE method) and the philosophy of Mankind Enlightenment Love (MEL) till Level 19 (for insiders) developed by Luong Minh Dang. This is where I, among others, learned several methods of meditation.
This has helped me to calm my mind continuously. An example of how this benefits in practice is that I don't feel stressed so easily anymore, so for example I am not driving in my car, smoking a cigar anymore after an exciting meeting. I totally quit smoking at that time btw.
With the José Da Silva method now about 10 years later, I am learning a similar technique and I feel I am ready to dive a little deeper into the effects and possible results.
