"I started to get of all medications and with help from my meditations ,I did it on my own"

I went to a Silva Course for the first time in 2006. That was my beginning of having a new ( good ) life . Accidents and life it self had hold me back from thriving . 
 I started to do active meditation 3x every day , and after just one month I started to feel different-- more happy and got a belief that my future could be better ( I had gone trough a broken back , wiplash, 35 years with depression , and lot of allergies ++ ) 
 I started to get of all medications , and with help from my meditations ,I did it on my own , and got a clean body 
 I have used the program for 17 year now , and it works -- every day . It is 2 years between these pictures
