I began my Mindvalley journey with the Silva Method and saw immediate results. My main intention was to be able to go deeper into meditative states in order to access my higher self. It wasn't long before I began accessing something I wasn't looking for. I began waking up about an hour before my normal wake time (without an alarm.....just by setting the intention) so that I could already be in a more meditative state. I began to experience an intense euphoric feeling in my entire body.....and it would last until I intentionally exited that state. It was very strong and not something I've ever felt in my life. I can remain in this state for as long as I want to, most often for about an hour. I feel like I am simply accessing source energy. I've never heard anyone else talk about this feeling so I can't really say. But it is definitely extraordinary and am excited about learning more about it and evolving into higher states of awareness and accessing more abilities to facilitate my life plan.
