"I really feel great"

Since I have been meditating with this program,
I have suddenly been able to clear up all my pending jobs in the house, have
been able to clear up my paper work, prepare my tax return, book a boarding card on line (which had scared me to death in case I messed it up) etc. etc.
I also daily read my tendonitis book - which led me to you origionally.
These two things are doing me the world of good. The pain in my arm still raises it's head at times-but I can control it now and just tell it to go away.
I find that I am practically asleep by the time the meditation ends -but it's a wonderful feeling.
Thank you all so much.
Bless you
Ruth Lofthouse.
