I have always wanted to become a better person, with better skills, know more and more, wanted to help other people . I used to be a quite active and confident person but something happened in my life that made me become a bit unstable.
 I'm so happy I took this course, I feel more confident, I'm more tranquil, I love to think that I can help others and my self .
 I will still practice how to help other people to get better and better .
 Vishen is a great teacher and I'm very grateful.
