Using the 3 scenes technique I learnt in the Silva Ultramind program, I healed a little spot of rash/eczema that has been on my left knee for years. It healed completely within a few days and I no longer feel the itch. The skin is healing itself just like the other knee area which was healed long ago with medication. I imagine applying medication and used the symbolism of an eraser to rub off the dead skin and the itchy rashes away. I did this perhaps only twice before I noticed that the problem, or rather project to be resolved had healed. I am now moving on to healing the dry skin and callous feet.
