It took me much longer than 28 days to go through the Quest, as I had to slow down to my own pace due to my busy life style and my own capabilities. I did have some (and still have) challenges during exercises, as I am either too "awake" and trying to control what I see and think through it, or too "relaxed" to the point that all mental images become dull and I would eventually be drifted away to my own thoughts and mental pictures. Thats why I would repeat, and repeat, and repeat these exercises before moving to the next lesson.
I did notice some changes though. Besides becoming more relaxed and resilient to handle everyday stress, I noticed that from the moment I started the Quest, I see colorful dreams every night, and I remember these dreams, every night. I haven't seen dreams for years, if not decades, except occasional moments. Dreams became vivid, detailed, I started hearing sounds and feeling physical sensations like you would in reality. This is great. I love it.
I have become some skeptical when I reached pets and human anatomy part. But then interesting thing happened. I got to Case Studies. Had a lot of skepticism on that as well (self - doubt, I believe). BUT. The very first three cases I took, I got hits on ALL of them. For example, there was a lady, and while I was mentally scanning her, my attention was stuck on her chest area that I could not pass by, and I saw her as quite heavily built. Turns out, she was overweight indeed, and.... she has a breast cancer.... Another man, It drew my attention to his foot. Turns out, he had a past foot surgery. I was appalled. I could not believe, and I celebrated it, and I was so excited.
At this point, I think I am on the right direction, and ready to continue this journey on my own, at my own pace, combining this new knowledge to other knowledge that I already have.
I have gotten new knowledge, new experience, and I am very grateful for the opportunity that was given to me.
My sincere: Thank you, Vishen!
