"I have found that the Silva method has given me some tools to confront challenges"

I started this program after my wife was diagnosed with cancer for the third time. This time it was a brain tumor. With other bouts, she powered through them. This time it was a little more challenging and there are some long term challenges that she has to overcome. I have been struggling as well as my 2 children with these challenges. I am trying to build my resilience as well as connect to any power that can assist in overcoming this struggle. I have found that the Silva method has given me some tools to confront challenges with a sense of equanimity and some tools to heal. I am just finishing up the quest and I know that I need to practice these techniques for a bit to get deeper and build confidence but I am faithful to the benefit of this quest and Mindvalley as a program.
