I have known about the Silva method since I was a teenager because my dad started practicing. It wasn’t until recently that I reconnected with it in YouTube and the. Found Mindvalley to have a more structured approach. 
 I enjoy it very much, it is hard sometimes to find the time, but mediation has become part of my life.
 I feel like I can do anything and the fact that I can potentially help other keeps me very motivated.
