Over time, I noticed that my creativity and imagination increased significantly. This helped me a lot at work because, although I wasn’t the smartest, I definitely became one of the most creative. My writing also improved a lot. I started writing long texts naturally, as if the ideas were already ready in my head. That’s when I developed a passion for writing books.
At that time, I didn’t associate these benefits with the Silva Method course. I thought these skills had developed naturally.
Recently, I saw Vishen Lakhiani in an ad for the Silva Ultramind Method. He explained how to enter the Alpha state using the countdown technique, starting from 100, then 50, and so on. I decided to give it a try and quickly noticed some changes. My sleep improved a lot, and so did my concentration.
Coincidentally, during that same period, I was preparing an important presentation and writing a book. I began to have great ideas, both for the presentation and for the chapters of the book. In the end, the presentation was a success, and the book turned out great.
It was only then that I realized my imagination, creativity, and writing had improved thanks to the Silva Method, just like it had 30 years ago—but this time, I was more aware of it.
Because of this, I decided to enroll in The Silva Ultramind System course. I started recently, but I’m enjoying it a lot and am confident I’ll gain even more benefits. This time, with more maturity, I know I can make the most of it.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Vishen Lakhiani for modernizing and making the Silva Method more accessible with online classes and videos. This is an incredible way to continue José Silva’s legacy and bring these benefits to thousands of people around the world.
