Before this program in 2020 I have practiced the Silva Method for about 20 years. I was led to Silva by my son who thought it would help me during chemo, radiation and surgery for cancer. It was amazing and has helped me to focus on my goals in a way I would never have imagined before learnig about Silva. I became healthier than I had ever been in my life.
The reason I am taking this course is to refresh my methods and go deeper.
