I am starting my 3rd year of Mindvalley membership and I'm starting the Silva Ultramind System today.
Two years ago, I devoured Be Extraordinay and it helped me pivot and shift my inner life in dramatic ways. I switched my daily meditation practice from a monastic style to the 6-Phase Meditation because I felt I had learned how to reach a meditative state and now I want to use that state to make my life better, to become more of who my soul calls me to be.
The following year, I purged 95% of what I owned, sold my home and moved across the country. I purchased a new home and am living a new life, my fresh start life. I have a completely different relationship with stuff, and I found a deeper sense of confidence and freedom than I thought was possible. I love my life and live filled with gratitude and a sense of awe and curiosity.
With all of the work and changes to shift my outer world, I let my body slip. I put on 20 pounds, I developed some physical symptoms that have taken some time to heal. Now, I've started on a new eating plan that is filled with clean foods with lots more exercise and I've already lost 5 of those pounds. I expect the rest of the pounds to melt away, and that my body will reach it's balance as I keep moving forward looking out for my best self, and following the promptings of my intuition.
So I'm here to dive in, to see what might be possible for me next. I'm looking for an amazing group of people who will inspire me and celebrate my growth with me.
