Before this programme I did not see much hope in my life. I know this does not sound like the exciting things other people write here, but my life has been very difficult and I was quite beaten down. I started this programme months ago and have taken much much longer than average to get through this. In fact, I will now restart the programme. I need a lot of reinforcement and this is the most valuable programme as it allows for me to repeat it over and over. I have witnessed much progress since I started out. I feel hope in my life for the first time in many years. I am feeling more positive and have been able to do things I could not do before. I have found some answers by doing the 3 screens and the mental video so I am seeing small successes already! My Mum has melanoma, and I have been telling her about visualization and she is using it! I am also sending healing to my family as there are some difficult illnesses being experienced, and I have more faith than ever in the power of distance healing. I am going to repeat this programme in order to become more proficient with the techniques, as when I started I was extremely depressed and coming off of anti-depressants. I am less depressed and attribute this is part to this programme. I look forward to continuing to heal using this method, and I look forward to being able to help my children, my Mother and others!
