I am going through a very difficult phase of my life where I find myself lost, frustrated & had difficulty in staying asleep even with herbal sleeping pills. I felt like my mind was constantly talking even in sleep. I started practicing 100 to 1 countdown, the 3-2-1 technique , centering exercise & feel better & able to sleep with relaxed mind. I still am able to sleep for 4 hrs but the quality of sleep is better & I am positive that by continuing to practice these techniques I will be able to receive & understand my inner guidance.
