Before this program I was already a physic but not up to my full potential. I would sit and meditate trying to calm my mind, but any little noises or disruptions, not to mention fighting off thoughts coming in and out of my head made it more of a chore and I grew to dislike meditating. After taking the Silva program and learning the 3-2-1 method, I can now get to my center with ease. Noises and disruptions no longer deter me. I look forward to getting in that deep state of mind and feel now I will unlock my full potential to become a strong physic and healer so I can help other people and pets. I also feel empowered to solve my own problems and make better decisions in my life. I strongly recommend this program to anyone- for it can only improve your life.
