Before this program, I have never did any meditation exercise in life. I saw a story and video of the Ultramind System and it triggered me so unexpectedly, that I had a feeling, I have to try it out. From lesson 1, I was totally motivated to learn this 'art' of inner training. It is just the beginning and I can't wait to find more of those inspiring lessons.
