"Biggest improvements are I'm more relaxed, communicate with my neighbours and my sense of humour is back"

I become a Mindvalley member as I felt since retirement that my life was becoming pretty meaningless. I lived a hermit lifestyle always in my head, overly sensitive, spent many sleepless nights constantly fretting over some or other triviality.
 I took this quest as I have an interest in personal development, to strengthen my psychic abilities and to get out of my head. 
 Biggest improvements are I'm more relaxed, communicate with my neighbours and my sense of humour is back. Hallelujah!
