I have heard about the Silva method since long, so I was very keen of taking this program. I believe that taking it was a great decision.
Breathing correctly at the right time, achieving deeper levels of mind working from alpha for solving situations and working on future / desired states are my main takeaways even if the whole Quest is fantastic. I fully recommend taking it to everyone.
