"Mindvalley is a most awesome resource for anyone who believes they can continue to grow and evolve"

I'm a Board Certified Coach AND Professor of Sociology. I am on an exciting journey of professional and personal development so that I am better equipped to serve my clients with their workplace and family challenges AND my students with their academic dilemmas. I am working with people in their early twenties to their late sixties. They inspire as well as make perspire! MINDVALLEY is a most awesome resource for anyone who believes they can continue to grow and evolve and sometimes revolve, that is, make a turnaround in what they are doing. I have tried meditation and its beginning to work for me, however, Emily Fletcher really got my attention and I am all in her program now. I know I try too hard and must learn to chill in order to meditate and visualize.
